Painting is a true passion and I am always delighted when couples ask for hand painted elements in their design. These two examples hopefully show the flexibility and success of using paint as a medium in wedding stationery.
Textured watercolour paper makes such a wonderful base for wedding stationery and allows every invitation to be painted by hand for that extra special touch. For the couple who wished to tell a story with their stationery, the pretty purple and pink watercolour 'tree of love' design was perfect for these small batch day invitations with additional stationery items printed with the design work for continuity.
Bold and beautiful was the desire of the day for this stationery package. In azure blue and deep purple, two regal kissing peacocks represent love for life and were handpainted in bright acrylics making for a vibrant and fresh approach to the traditional white wedding look. Design work adapted for print with Menus and Order of Day cards allow for a stationery package fit for royalty.
